Coat right over peeling paint with Zinsser® PEEL STOP® PLUS High Build Binding Primer. This high-performance, low-VOC, water-based binding primer is three times thicker than regular primers and locks down and hides peeling, weathered surfaces to create a smooth, white finish for your top coat.

  • Water-base primer-sealer
  • Interior & exterior use
  • Seals worn surfaces for a smooth finish
  • May be applied up to 30 mils wet without sagging

  • Topcoat with any latex or alkyd paint
