Hosting friendsgiving at your place just got a little more fun! Create your own place card holders for the best photos of you and your friends and share your favorite moments as they're seated at the table. These were created by Erin at www.francoisetmoi.com.

  1. Cut the 1"x1" wood to the length needed to hold your photos and cut a slit into each block for a place to hold the photos.
  2. Lightly sand the blocks creating a smooth surface and wipe away any sanding residue with a tack cloth.
  3. Using painter's tape, mark off geometric areas on the block to create unique designs.
  4. Apply the spray paint in several light coats according to the directions on the can.
  5. Remove the painter's tape and let the paint dry for 1 hour.
  6. Apply painter's tape to the painted side of the block, if you wish, and paint the opposite side of the block the same way.
  7. Remove the painter's tape again and let the paint dry for 1 hour before handling.
